The Eurotek pro’s amazingly fast recovery speed is made for the extreme hunting conditions of the found in Europe and other heavily iron infested ground.

This metal detector uses some cutting edge technology and very nice new features. Features and technology not been used before in any machine in its price range, or in any price range for that matter.

The Teknetics EuroTek Pro is setting new standards in metal detecting!

Teknetics Eurotek Pro features

    • 99 points of discrimination
    • 3 audio target tones
    • 0-10 Volume control
    • Headphone jack (with cover protected at PRO)
    • Pinpoint
    • 10 points of sensitivity
    • 9V battery
    • Visual ID target system
    • Very low weigh and best balance in the class!
    • 5 Year Warranty

The Eurotek has many unique features you won’t see anywhere else at any price. Features that make the Eurotek ideal for hunting in iron infested locations.

Iron LED Indicator- The IRON ID icon is a non-audio indicator and will light any time the machine goes over iron REGARDLESS of where the Discrimination is set.

Separate and Independent Iron Target volume Control- Allows the user to adjust the volume of iron targets separate from other targets. This is an industry first never before done on any machine at any price! Being able to set the volume of iron lower than the other targets makes much easier to “hear” the good targets in Iron infest grounds.

Expanded Iron range, 39 segments of resolution, allows control and better ID of iron targets
3-Tone audio ID with V-break. Low iron tone, VCO mid-range, Hi Tone. Also variable audio between 70-79 ID range depending on Disc setting.

Headphone jack Door. Keeps debris out when not in use.

Removable center rod for easy use on vertical surfaces or for youth and smaller users.

Here are a couple of features that make the Eurotek suited well for hunting in Europe:

The Eurotek Pro uses Target ID numbers and not target categories making the Eurotek Pro universally simple to read and ID targets.

In Pinpoint Mode the Eurotek shows depth in Inches or Centimeters (very unique!). Easy to change and select.

I live in england between 2 countys rammed with history suffolk a saxon county and essex a roman county and both have many disused 2nd world war u s airbase's and plane crash sites, I love searching the old airbase' s as my grandad was a u s serviceman who served at rendlesham,
Over the year's i have owned many top range detector's and have had some nice finds from celtic coins to roman and saxon coins to old dog tags,
I bought a brand new eurotek pro from an old guy who could not get used to it, I payed him £130 and took it away,
I set it up to volume 11 to identify iron and changed the depth gauge from cm to inchs and away i went hunting, I was shocked that such a basic cheap detector worked as well as detector's 4 times the price and i have more than made back my £130 in a month. (Posted on 6/4/2016)

The machine is amazing! Like others have already stated, the machine has a fast recovery, iron discrimination, volume control, and sensitivity to weed-out all the trash. Sometimes I do receive ghost signals but I am sure a bit of foil, copper, or other metal was detected and escaped my untrammeled eyes. Good value for what you pay for compared to the Fisher and Garrett models. I'll stick with my Eurotek Pro! (Posted on 2/17/2016)

This machine has features that make it perform in heavy iron better than machines costing 3-4 the cost of etp.
If you live where soil conditions are not to bad this really all you.
I have many machines costing way more but this has turned into my go to detector.
Love the iron volume. (Posted on 2/6/2016)

I have had my TEKNETICS EUROTEK PRO since December 2014. It is my first metal detector, and I love it! I have found everything from a very rare brass railroad baggage tag to an old silver dollar.

My only issue so far is that the pointer control button is not working at times. i guess it is a bad switch, so I need to find out who can work on it for me.

This is my first metal detector. I have had it for about four months now, and it continues to impress me! It is easy to use, and so far I have uncovered a variety of very interesting items from my own property near Topeka, Kansas. Each day I use it I feel that I become more efficient.

My wife enjoys it as well, and soon I have a feeling we will be purchasing a second unit.

i was starting out with another brand without pinpointer capability and i end up returning. so after i have done my research for a replacement i end up having EurotekPro. i was not disappointed.
the ETP is a turn-and-go machine that is so easy to use, the 11"DD coil it can detect deep coin as far as 6" dime in a moderate soil. do well in separating iron.
what i like about this one is the iron audio tone. the volume after 10 will give you iron grunt indicating iron is present.
i bought 5"dd to complement the 11" and tight spaces, side walks under tress are a breeze to cover and coins are yours for a picking.
give it a try if your new and want to try the hobby the EurotekPro is one great performer. (Posted on 11/12/2014)

I have been using the pro since June and have been killing it with finds.

I love the fact you can turn off the iron audio without discriminating it out. Because when you descriminatr you may miss some masked objects. The eurotek pro works better than machines that cost hundreds more. Don't be fooled by its cheap price. When I hunt with buddies using etracs and ctx 3030. Our finds are pretty equal (Posted on 10/31/2014)

This detector in my opinion is the best choice in its price range. It is great for beginners as well as the experienced users. Tone I.D, V.CO, and Iron Audio. All in a sub $300 detector! I purchased this from Bart as a back-up unit for My nephew and brother to use when I get them to go out detecting. I finally got my brother to go detecting for a few hours this past weekend and gave him a quick lesson on using the Eurotek Pro and within 15 minutes he found a large silver ring! His first silver he ever found metal detecting.I like this machine and for the money it is unbeatable. (Posted on 10/14/2013)
Another Great Detector for Just Starting Out! Review by Evan "Gonehunting"

Recently I got a chance to try out Teknetics new Eurotek Pro with the Double D coil. I am always getting asked, "what is a good detector to start out with", or "what is a good machine for my kids to use" or " I need an inexpensive machine to do good". Normally it's 1 of 3 different brands. Teknetics has entered the market for an entry level machine with easy setup, a simple menu, and easy STABLE readings..
It took me a few minutes to put the machine together, and required a phillip’s screw driver. After I assembled and put in a 9 volt battery(not supplied), I started air testing different coins and relics to see what I would be listening and looking for as far as target ID goes.

I took it to a yard that had been productive in the past. This yard is trashy and I headed to a part that I had left for a later visit. First thing I noticed is how the ID will give you a more stable number when going over a target. I recovered 3 wheat's really quick. The iron indicator on the top left of the screen helped when going over questionable targets. I also like that the Iron sound is at a lower volume than the good target sound, making it less a distraction as with other machines. I also found several different things that proved to me the machine is definitely enough for me to recommend it to new users. One other thing was the ability to take the middle shaft out which can help shorter users or who might have a limited space to hunt . Even my tiny daughter was able to swing it.. This was the first one that actually fit her out of all of the name brands that we tried.

After that I went to another yard that has a totally different soil type and started hunting. The sensitivity was at 8 and was very quiet. After being there for about 20 minutes, the landowner told me his brother had hunted this yard for several years with his machine that was "top of the line". Well, I have heard that before, so it didn't stop me. I gridded the front, recovering 3 memorials, and moved to the sidewalk row and immediately received a 89 90 signal that was strong! Depth gauge showed 3 segments. Dug down and was shocked!!! At about 5 inches was a 1904 Barber Quarter!

The next day, I loaded all my machines up on the 4-wheeler and headed to a site I hadn't hunted in over 20 years. I carried the F75 Limited and the Eurotek. I had the sensitivity on the F75L on 50 and the ET on 8. The F75L would hit and I would check it with the ET and it was 10 for 10. So I put the F75L down and went to hunting.. about 90 % of the finds where from the Eurotek including a large Eagle button. The speed of the machine was par with the F2 and the F75. I can't get over how simple the settings are but were still able to find what I did.
Anything that simplify's metal detecting for a newer user, makes it so much easier to concentrate on basics while learning the language of a detector is something that should be taken under consideration when making a first time purchase. The controls are super simple on this machine, while retaining discrimination, sound variances to targets, and a visual ID.. 4 things that are good to have in any beginner's detector.
Thanks and I hope this Helps

Very good detector Review by Steve (SkiWhiz on the forums)

I was in the market for detector for my wife & after much reading and reviewing I decided to try the Teknetic Pro due to its price and features. I am not new to detecting been at it about 30 years and have tried many different brands and models, I don't claim to be a pro but have a pretty good idea how things work and suppose to work. The more that I use the Eurotek the more I like it, I can't get over the depth it gets and how well targets come in. I put this post on the forums the other day -

My wife and I went detecting yesterday at a school that we have been to a number of times, she was using the Eurotek (Pro with 11"DD coil) and I was using my Tesoro Tejon. I had a hit with my Tejon that I knew was deep as it was a very faint but repeating signal, I yelled to my wife hey come here a minute and run your coil over this, I was interested if the Eurotek would pick up the target, she came over and swung the coil and it came in very strong (she doesn't use headphones), I was surprised it hit as hard as it did. I showed her the mark/spot on the coil where the pinpoint sweet spot is and when we got done detecting she said to me while we were loading the detectors in the car I am starting to like this detector more. This is the first DD coil she has ever used and it took her awhile to get used to it I think when the 8" coil arrives (Thursday) she will like it even better. As you all know I love my Tesoro's but there isn't a thing wrong with the Eurotek, it's a good little detector and I find it fun to use. I think that this detector should be right up there at the top of the list when a person new to the hobby asks "what's a good detector that isn't real expensive for a beginner". It is also a good detector for us that have been detecting for many years. If a person has to turn the sensitivity down for any reason you will still get good depth, the id is very accurate and the iron feature is great. One other thing that I can say is that it is fun to use & that is important to me. Makes it hard handing it to the wife to use when we are out because I like it so much. Teknetics has a winner, anyone thinking about trying a Eurotek I say go for it, I am betting that you will like it. I would like to say thanks to Bart at Big Boys Hobbies, I got the Eurtek from him, he is a terrific guy to do business with before during and after the sale. Steve. (Posted on 5/29/2013)
